President

Allison joined the CYP Board in 2021 and currently serves as the President. When she's not running sports leagues, she can be found selling 'Wonderland Weddings' at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion. Allison joined CYP to make new friendships and make the most of being a young professional in Carlisle. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and volunteering at Rock Run Animal Rescue.

Secretary

Cole Custer works in pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly. As a recent transplant to the Carlisle area, he's thankful to Carlisle Young Professionals for giving him an opportunity to connect with his new community.  He's excited to help CYP grow and help more young professionals connect with others in the Carlisle area. His hobbies include film photography, hiking, and road trips. He can’t wait to continue to serve on the CYP board.

Professional Development Chair

Heather has a passion for teaching and training, and she works with leaders to develop and grow in their professional and personal lives through executive coaching. As a Business Consultant & Executive Coach with Hockenberry Management Consulting, Heather considers every client engagement to be a new adventure, challenge, and opportunity to help them thrive and discover their potential. Her desire to continue to grow and develop makes her the perfect person to lead CYP’s Professional Development initiatives!

Vice President

Seeking to make new friends and experience the many things that Carlisle has to offer its residents, Erin became involved in CYP several years ago. She joined the Board in 2022, and is currently the Vice President. Erin is currently pursuing a career in Capital Blue Cross' IT&D department. This diehard Steelers fan likes to spend her free time planning motorcycle road trips to her favorite place: the beach!

Sargent at Arms and Sports Committee Co-Chair

Josh joined CYP through the sports leagues in 2018 he currently serves as the Sargent at Arms and Co-Chair of the sports committee. Josh is the lead buyers agent for the Dave Hooke Team at Keller Williams of Central PA wherein he serves buyers, sellers, and investors as well as mentors other agents. You can find Josh at any organized sport being played in Carlisle as he plays about a dozen different leagues around the area.

Sports Committee Co-Chair

Shawn joined the board in 2018 to give back to CYP after enjoying the benefits of being a member for many years. He currently serves as the Spots Comittee Co-Chair. His time is shared between his career as an accountant at Cohick and Associates and his involvement in non-profits like CYP and Project SHARE. He looks forward to continuing to grow in his leadership roles and responsibilities. Shawn loves volleyball, all things Syracuse, and being a young professional in Carlisle!

Treasurer

Scot Whiskeyman serves as CYP's Treasurer. He is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ helping hard-working professionals and their families achieve their financial dreams. He co-owns his firm with his wife and business partner, Lindsey. Scot enjoys distance running, poker, and spending time with his cats.

Chief Technology Officer

Maddie joined the CYP Board in 2023,and she currently serves at the Chief Technology Officer. Most of her time is spent planning weddings and events for the JDK Group, but she is very excited to be able to share her talents with CYP. Maddie enjoys being a part of CYP to network and make connections with the Carlisle Community. In her free time, she can be found mixing up drinks either at her father's bar, Hook & Flask Still Works, or just in her home for friends. Cheers! 

Board Member

Billy joined the board in August 2021. He is an Operations Supervisor at ABF Freight and is currently completing a Supply Chain Management Graduate Certificate Program. When Billy's not working on his latest home renovation project, he enjoys traveling internationally, cooking and spending time at the gym.
