Board Members

President

Josh joined CYP through the sports leagues in 2018 he currently serves as the President. Josh is the lead buyers agent for the Dave Hooke Team at Keller Williams of Central PA wherein he serves buyers, sellers, and investors as well as mentors other agents. You can find Josh at any organized sport being played in Carlisle as he plays about a dozen different leagues around the area.

Treasurer

Adam Hollinger joined the CYP Board as Treasurer in 2025, bringing with him a strong financial background and a passion for community growth. As a Wealth Advisor II at F&M Trust Company, Adam is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for a secure and successful future. Outside of the office, he is a board member on SPY (Supportive Partnerships for Youth) and also enjoys hiking with his dogs, fishing, and staying active. Adam and his wife Ashlee share their home with a lively crew of five furbabies—two dogs, Jackson and Winny, and three cats, Archer, Luke, and Leah—all under one roof.

Board Member

Morgan is the Events Director at the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce and the ultimate connector of people and ideas. She joined CYP in 2021 after discovering it through her work and quickly fell in love with the group’s social energy—especially the pickleball league. At the Chamber, Morgan plans and executes everything from casual networking mixers to legislative breakfasts with State Representatives. A true social butterfly, she’s happiest surrounded by friends, bringing people together, and keeping the calendar full. When she’s not planning the next big event, you can find Morgan serving at her church or window-shopping local antique stores with her fiancé, Travis.

Vice President

Allison joined the CYP Board in 2021 and currently serves as the Vice President. When she's not running sports leagues, she can be found selling 'Wonderland Weddings' at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion. Allison joined CYP to make new friendships and make the most of being a young professional in Carlisle. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and volunteering at Rock Run Animal Rescue.

Board Member and Sports Committee Chair

onathan Anthony joined the CYP Board in 2025 as a member of the Sports Committee and will take on the role of Sports Chair in 2026. He’s always enjoyed bringing people together, organizing events, and building community, and combining that with his love for sports made this a great fit. Professionally, Jonathan is a financial professional with New York Life, where he works with individuals, families, and businesses to help protect what they’ve built and plan for the future. He also serves on the Carlisle Rotary Club board and is part of the men’s ministry planning team at his church. In his free time, Jonathan enjoys disc golf, cornhole, craft beer, and spending time with friends and family. He and his wife, Maddie, were married in June 2023 and welcomed their first child, Cedar, in January 2025.

Board Member Emeritus

Shawn was born and raised in Carlisle, PA and graduated from Carlisle High School in 2004. In 2008, Shawn graduated from Syracuse University’s Martin J Whitman School of Management with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting. In 2009, he earned his Master of Science in Accounting from the same university. While at Syracuse, Shawn was actively involved in Delta Chi (social organization) and Beta Alpha Psi (financial honors organization). After graduating from Syracuse University, Shawn worked for one year as a tax preparer at a firm in Syracuse, NY. In 2010, Shawn began working in corporate accounting at the headquarters of a multi- national company in Harrisburg, PA. Shawn started his career at Cohick & Associates during the summer of 2015. After completing the Special Enrollment Examination (SEE), Shawn became an Enrolled Agent in the spring of 2016. At Cohick & Associates, Shawn specializes in tax and accounting services for partnerships, corporations, non-profits, and individuals.
Shawn is a member of the National Association of Tax Preparers and the Carlisle Area Chamber of Commerce. Outside of Cohick & Associates, Shawn is actively involved in the community. Shawn serves as a board member for Project Share (Treasurer), the Syracuse Chapter of Delta Chi Alumni, Carlisle Lacrosse Inc, and the Pennsylvania Chapter of the National Association of Tax Preparers (NATP). When Shawn is not at work or serving as a board member, he enjoys rooting for Syracuse sports (Go Orange!), spending time outside, and playing volleyball.

Secretary

Cole Custer works in pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly. As a recent transplant to the Carlisle area, he's thankful to Carlisle Young Professionals for giving him an opportunity to connect with his new community.  He's excited to help CYP grow and help more young professionals connect with others in the Carlisle area. His hobbies include film photography, hiking, and road trips. He can’t wait to continue to serve on the CYP board.

Board Member

Hayley serves as a Board Member of Carlisle Young Professionals, where she is passionate about fostering community, professional growth, and meaningful connections among professionals and families in the Carlisle area. She is a commercial and personal lines insurance agent with Starr Insurance and takes pride in truly getting to know the ins and outs of her clients’ businesses and lives in order to best support and protect them. When she’s not working, Hayley enjoys building forts and watching frozen with her two daughters, brewery hopping with her husband, and playing her guitar.
