President

Allison joined the CYP Board in 2021 and currently serves as the President. When she's not running sports leagues, she can be found selling 'Wonderland Weddings' at The Willows at Ashcombe Mansion. Allison joined CYP to make new friendships and make the most of being a young professional in Carlisle. In her free time, she enjoys playing volleyball, spending time with her family, and volunteering at Rock Run Animal Rescue.

Treasurer

Adam Hollinger joined the CYP Board as Treasurer in 2025, bringing with him a strong financial background and a passion for community growth. As a Wealth Advisor II at F&M Trust Company, Adam is dedicated to helping individuals and families plan for a secure and successful future. Outside of the office, he is a board member on SPY (Supportive Partnerships for Youth) and also enjoys hiking with his dogs, fishing, and staying active. Adam and his wife Ashlee share their home with a lively crew of five furbabies—two dogs, Jackson and Winny, and three cats, Archer, Luke, and Leah—all under one roof.

Vice President

Heather has a passion for teaching and training, and she works with leaders to develop and grow in their professional and personal lives through executive coaching. As a Business Consultant & Executive Coach with Hockenberry Management Consulting, Heather considers every client engagement to be a new adventure, challenge, and opportunity to help them thrive and discover their potential. Her desire to continue to grow and develop makes her the perfect person to lead CYP’s Professional Development initiatives!

Sargent at Arms and Sports Committee Chair

Josh joined CYP through the sports leagues in 2018 he currently serves as the Sargent at Arms and Co-Chair of the sports committee. Josh is the lead buyers agent for the Dave Hooke Team at Keller Williams of Central PA wherein he serves buyers, sellers, and investors as well as mentors other agents. You can find Josh at any organized sport being played in Carlisle as he plays about a dozen different leagues around the area.

Secretary

Cole Custer works in pharmaceutical sales with Eli Lilly. As a recent transplant to the Carlisle area, he's thankful to Carlisle Young Professionals for giving him an opportunity to connect with his new community.  He's excited to help CYP grow and help more young professionals connect with others in the Carlisle area. His hobbies include film photography, hiking, and road trips. He can’t wait to continue to serve on the CYP board.

Chief Technology Officer

Maddie joined the CYP Board in 2023 and serves as Chief Technology Officer. She works at United Way of the Capital Region as a Community Impact Manager, leading workforce development efforts to connect people with meaningful employment. Maddie values CYP for the opportunity to network and stay engaged with the Carlisle community. Outside of work, Maddie loves crafting cocktails for friends, woodburning, and spending quality time with her dog, Louie, who’s arguably the real boss at home.
